Niue to host Forum Fisheries Committee Meet
Niue will host the annual Ministerial Forum Fisheries Committee (FFC) officials meeting in May

Niue will host the annual Ministerial Forum Fisheries Committee (FFC) 138 officials meeting in May. This was confirmed by Fisheries Minister-Hon. Mona Ainu’u.
As one of only two female Fisheries Ministers in the region, Ainu’u says they are looking forward to hosting this two major event.
She also confirmed the other only female fisheries Minister from Fiji-Hon. Alitia Bainivalu will be in attendance for the Annual Ministerial Forum Fisheries Committee to be held in July in Niue also.
The meeting will bring together fisheries officials from the 17 Members of the Pacific Islands Forum Fisheries Agency as well as observers from regional and international organizations, to deliberate and agree on ways forward for Pacific tuna fisheries.
Solomon Islands hosted last years event.
