The Niue Cultural Dance Group have arrived safely in Hawaii for the much anticipated 13th Festival of Pacific Arts & Culture that begins today.
In their official Matakau Tufuga Niue Festpac 2024 Facebook page the group had an early morning start making their way to the Kualoa Regional Park for the Wa’a welcoming ceremony yesterday. The group have begun their daily rehearsals while the weavers have set up their booth according to the post.
More than 2,200 delegates from 27 Pacific nations will gather for 10 days of cultural exchange and celebration at multiple venues across Hawaii.
