Villages hold ANZAC dawn services

Several villages held their ANZAC commemoration dawn services last Saturday. 

This included the village of Avatele which held theirs on Saturday morning.

The village of Hakupu held their dawn service commemoration on Friday. 

The New Zealand High Commission also held a small commemoration at Tapeu at dawn. 

The National dawn service which is usually held at the Cenotaph in central Alofi was cancelled this year.
