New water tanks for Lakepa and Tuapa

New 200,000 liter water tanks for Lakepa and Tuapa are expected to be installed this month.

PMCU confirms the installation of tanks  are scheduled for October 2019 freighter.

The installation of reticulation network is scheduled for October/ November,  and will be commissioned in December 2019.

Problems with water from the reservoir tanks at Lakepa and Tuapa had been an ongoing issue for some time now. 

PMCU states additional tanks, nine more to be installed after funding is confirmed. PMCU states it is currently seeking additional funding.
