Power Shutdown Notice
The Department of Utilities has issued another notice that the power supply to the whole island will be turned off tonight night from 9.30pm to 12 midnight.

Village Inspection team continues this week
n the lead up to next month's 50th constitution celebrations with many visitors and dignitaries expected to visit the island, the villages have been working hard to clean up as part of the government’s village inspection programme led by the Department of Health.

Water Safety lessons continues for children
Water Safety NZ and PMSP provided refresher training to the teachers and run sea sessions focused on essential skills such as treading water, floating, rescues using everyday objects and the use of life jackets

The next scheduled Village inspection will be in Tuapa on September 10th and Alofi Tokelau on September 12th followed by Alofi South 1 on September 17 and Alofi South 2 on September 18.
