Niue High School focus on support for Teachers

According to the 2022-2023 State of the Public Service Annual Report, some of the challenges faced by Niue High School was the impact of COVID-19 pandemic that caused disruptions to academic Progress.
Also concerns about student’s behavior resulting in suspension due to Vaping.
However, some of the achievement by the high school was the availability of part- time counselors to address student behavioral matters.

The Education Department’s budget for the new financial year starting next month is $3.9 million, an increase of 8.8 percent from the previous budget.
