Scenic Matavai Resort hosts Customer Service Training

A 2 day Kiwihost Customer Service training organized by Scenic Matavai Resort was held last week.
Resort General Manager-Aaron Smith says it’s great to be bringing this training to the island that involves a wide range of customer service training.
“Scenic Hotel Group has been working closely with a company in Christchurch and recently they purchased the rights to Kiwihost Customer Service training and it’s great to be bringing this training to the islands not only for our staff but in partnership with the Niue Chamber of Commerce and Niue Tourism to offer this to other businesses as well,” Smith said.
A trainer from the Scenic Hotel Group in New Zealand was on the island conducting the session which included a wide range of customer service training ranging from customer complaints and practical scenarios that those involved in this sector encounter daily.
