Mosquito Spraying Program begins

The Niue Health Department would like to inform the General Public that the Mosquito Spraying Program for this year began yesterday. 

Members of the community are advised to clean up and destroy all mosquito  breeding places from around your homes.The spraying program began yesterday March 4th and will take place over the next three weeks until March 25th.Spraying times will be in the morning 6am and later

in the afternoon 4pm. For today, the spraying will be done at the Airport Area, R’linnas to Tapeu and Niue Adventures to Crazy Uga.

For the full schedule,tune in to Radio Sunshine community announcements and refer to the notices being circulated online for the spraying schedule in your area. The spraying team will postpone their spraying program on rainy days and will resume when the weather improves. The Health department looks forward for your cooperation and support for this program.
