Niue Arts Festival countdown begins

The Niue Arts Festival is making a return after a lapse of a few years, Hon. Talagi said they are working closely with community groups and artists on the island to ensure this year’s event is a success.

The countdown begins for the much anticipated Niue Arts Festival that will be held this month in Alofi, with preparations well underway. 

This was revealed by Minister for Education and Social Services-Hon. Sonya Talagi to BCN News this week.

The Niue Arts Festival is making a return after a lapse of a few years, Hon. Talagi said they are working closely with community groups and artists on the island to ensure this year’s event is a success.

Talagi said they are excited to bring back the festival and hope families will come out with their children to enjoy all the exhibitions and activities.

She hopes the three day festival is a celebration of our unique Niuean culture and tradition and an opportunity to showcase our work  to everyone visiting the island.
