Telecom Niue Limited Chief Executive Officer- Anurag Tandon is pleading with their customers to access their website to top up their mobile data and to top up power.
This he says will reduce the amount of work their customer care team does as they work “twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.”
Tandon said if more people took the initiative ,their work would be made easier as we now live in an ever evolving digital world of access and convenience.
Accessing their website and the app is crucial to avoid depending on customer care alone.
“This will reduce the volume of work the customer care is doing. Everywhere around the world automation is the next step forward and with our small population we need to automate things. So that’s my appeal please use the website, please use the app and don’t depend on customer care alone.” he said.
Tandon revealed to BCN News last week four major projects that will be rolled out this year including bringing more reliable services to the villages on the island.
