NZ High Commission share on upcoming activities
Later on this year,New Zealand’s Minister for Oceans and Fisheries-Hon. Shane Jones will be attending the Forum Fisheries Ministerial Meeting hosted by Niue.

As he serves his second year term as New Zealand’s High Commissioner to Niue-Mark Gibb sat down with BCN News yesterday to share on some of the upcoming activities for the commission.
Gibb said March is looking to be a busy month for them with contractors from Sunergise EPC Limited who will work on the renewable energy plant arriving on the island in two weeks time. Also a public finance management consultant arriving to the island as well.

Later on this year,New Zealand’s Minister for Oceans and Fisheries-Hon. Shane Jones will be attending the Forum Fisheries Ministerial Meeting hosted by Niue.
A team of New Zealand Police officers are on the island this week continuing their training with the Niue Police Department under the Officer Safety training program.
This will involve up-skilling and additional training for the department especially for the new recruits at Niue Police. The training is conducted after 3 to 4 months.
