Road Update Today

If weather permits, major road works will continue today- Monday April 22nd with S8 sealing between Makefu to Alofi. 

In a China Railway First Group (CRFG) notice, the road will be temporarily closed in each section they work on and they will continue with roadside grading to both sides of the road to the Alofi area. 

Traffic control will be in place. An advice to all road users is to slow down and be aware of heavy machinery working within this area.
