The Chief Electoral Officer has declared the following candidates to be duly elected to the Seat of Village Council Member for these respective Village Councils:

AVATELE LAUFOLI, Jody
LAKEPA TIAKIA, Rhonda Linaone
MUTALAU PULEFOLAU, Jean Elota
Every candidate has the right to withdraw their name from the elections. A candidate who wishes to withdraw his or her nomination must sign and deliver a paper in Form 7 to the Chief Electoral Officer no later than 7 days before polling day.
The last day for delivering the notice to withdraw a candidate’s nomination is Thursday 20 August 2020 before 4.00pm. Form 7 can be obtained from the Department of Justice at Fonuakula, Alofi during official hours.
