Former Secretary to government Richard Hipa announced his candidacy for the common roll during the Alofi north meeting yesterday.
Rupina Morrissey, Bill Vakaafi Motufoou and the current clerk of Assembly Cherie Morris-Tafatu also announced their candidacy for the common roll.
For the Alofi North Seat Hon. Vaiga Tukuitoga and Tutuli Heka will contest the village seat.
